| Anuuj Saxena has spent most of his life in Mumbai. With an MBBS degree from Grant Medical College and business management credits from American Universities, he went on to have an extensive career as an actor, brand ambassador, producer, restaurateur and entrepreneur. Anuuj’s versatile career graph has spanned almost two decades. Following his successful years in television, he made a smooth transition into becoming the MD of Elder Health Care. Although an artist at heart, he has successfully been managing this FMCG company which is a part of the Rs.600 crore enterprise of Elder Group of companies. Adding on to this challenging venture, Aniuuj formed Apricot Hospitality and Maverick Productions. Besides leading a corporate life, Anuuj also enjoys oil painting and poetry. Although his last acting venture was Aroona Irani’s Doli Sajaa Ke, his production house, Maverick is now in its fifth year. Anuuj has dabbled in a variety of different media through Maverick and has worked on projects ranging from commercials, documentaries and films. He has also recently turned film distributor with movies like Cash and Om Shanti Om. Recently, he also launched a hospitality chain, Apricot, which includes the restaurant Blue Waters. Besides reading popular fiction and poetry, Anuuj loves meeting interesting people and engaging in new experiences. He uses his skills to aid his acting too. "I am a spontaneous actor and l love what I do and do what I love. Talent then combines with sincerity and hard work and success becomes inevitable”, he says. | ||||
